Terms of Order

1. Gold weight in our offer is only approximation, excess gold will be calculated as discount (i.e.: You will get a price cut proportionate to the gold weight if our jewellery weigh less than we promise you)
   
2. For non certified diamonds, minimum 50% price paid in advance before production
   
3. For certified diamonds (GIA/IGI/HRD), minimum 90% price paid in advance before production
   
4. Production time is about 4-6 weeks (hand made jewellery requires enough time and quality control)
   
5. Payment using credit card is subject to 1,85% bank fee (Therefore we prefer Transfer or Debit payment)
   
6. Offers only valid for ONE DAY only due to fluctuating currency exchange rate and gold price and / or diamond availability
   
7. We do not accept wedding ring order less than 4 weeks prior to wedding date (Except several simple designs)
   
8. Finished Orders not picked up in 30 days after production will NOT be subject to Gold Discount stated in Point (1)
